The "Casa del Mare" is a special structure, which combines a perfect location close to the Torre Vado seafront to an absolute tranquility thanks to the large areas that surround it. Located in the heart of Salento - one of the most beautiful and suggestive areas of Puglia - the villa can accommodate up to 15 guests in a comfortable and relaxing environment. The ideal place to discover the natural and artistic wonders of the area.
La villa è su 2 piani ed è circondata da ampi spazi che comprendono parcheggi interni alla recinzione, un boschetto privato, due barbecue in muratura, due impianti di docce calde e un grande orto sul retro.
The villa is on 2 floors and is surrounded by huge spaces that include parkings, a private grove, two masonry barbecues, two hot garden showers and a large vegetable garden in the back.
E 'divisa in 3 unità indipendenti (una al primo piano e due al piano terreno) che possono essere affittate sia in blocco che separatamente.
Al piano terra si trovano "Lu Ientu" - un accogliente appartamento da 2/3 persone e "Lu Mare" - un nuovissimo appartamento da 4/5 persone.
Al primo piano si trova "Lu Sule" un grande appartamento dotato di ampie aree comuni nel caso in cui tutti gli ospiti della villa volessero cenare o trascorrere del tempo insieme. Può ospitare 6/8 persone.
I nomi degli appartamenti sono stati ispirati dal famoso slogan del Salento: Salentu, lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu.
It is divided into 3 independent units (one on the first floor and two on the ground floor) and can be rented either whole or for a single apartment.
On the ground floor there are "Lu Ientu" - a cozy apartment for 2/3 people and "Lu Mare" - a brand new apartment for 4 people.
On the first floor there is "Lu Sule" a large apartment with large common areas in the event that all the guests of the villa would like to dine or spend time together. It can accommodate 6/8 people.
The names of the apartments were inspired by the famous slogan of Salento: Salentu, lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu.
